Zesty Membership
What is the Zesty Membership cancelation policy?
No lock-ins and you can cancel anytime! We think it’s lame to hold someone against their will, but we guarantee you this is a membership you will want to hold.
When are the group coaching times?
Every 2 weeks, Thursday 10:30am AEST (UTC +10)
What app is the TikTok Course and Community on?
We use Skool, meaning you can do everything from your phone or desktop! This same app/website is where you find both the TikTok Marketing Bootcamp and TikTok Community, so it’s all in the one place.
How do I log in?

How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription yourself in the confirmation email. However if you get stuck, just reach out to us hello@zestyagency.com.au
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. So when you cancel, your Zesty membership will expire at the end of your billing cycle.

What is the 1:1 Coaching cancelation policy?
No lock-ins and you can cancel anytime, week to week! Book for one or ongoing sessions!
What is the price per session?
The price is $349 (+GST) per coaching session
How many sessions do you recommend?
We recommend a minimum of 3 sessions so we can help set the foundations, present you a tailored strategy, and help you execute to perfection!
Can I do a one-off session?
Yes you can do a one-off session! While we typically don’t advise this, however for more established brands and creators this might benefit you!
Can I change my frequency?
Yes you can, if you feel every 2 weeks or 4 weeks works better, then we can accommodate.
How do I manage my subscription?
When you feel confident enough to go out on your own, let us know and we will do everything for you. Again, no lock-ins, you can cancel anytime.
